Arashi the Riptide is a Spirit Legendary HP champion from the Shadowkin who functions as an HP-scaling Arena and wave-content nuker. His strongest value is combining a 28% Arena Speed aura, self Perfect Veil, Stone Skin bypass on A2 while Veiled, buff stealing on a 2-hit A1, and an A3 that deals individual-target damage to all enemies with progressive Ignore DEF and stacking HP gains on kills. Build him primarily with HP%, Crit Rate, Crit Damage, and Speed, adding Resistance for PvP durability or Accuracy only if relying on buff steals when he is not under Veil or Perfect Veil.
