Ronda is a Magic Legendary Attack champion from the Banner Lords built around relentless multi-hit pressure and a uniquely reliable single-target lockout. Flaming Flurry delivers three hits and adds a fourth when the target falls below 50% HP after the third hit, making it especially effective for finishing weakened targets and contributing high hit volume against Fire Knight. • Flaming Flurry — Attacks 1 enemy 3 times. After the third hit resolves, if the target is still a legal target and has less than 50% HP, places 1 additional hit on that target. The verified native coefficient is 1.2 ATK per hit before skill-level damage books and runtime modifiers.
• Phase Rushdown · CD 4→3 — Places a [Block Passive Skills] debuff on 1 enemy for 2 turns before attacking; this debuff cannot be resisted. Then attacks that enemy 3 times, ignoring Shield buffs and 30% of the target's DEF. After the attack sequence, places a [Block Active Skills] debuff on the target for 2 turns; this debuff cannot be resisted.
• Fury Tremor · CD 5→4 — [Active Effect] Attacks all enemies 2 times. Damage increases by 30% while Ronda has more than 50% HP at the relevant damage-condition check.
