Aria the Golden Hope is a Spirit Legendary DEF-based controller built to reverse enemy momentum. Avatar Of Victory attacks first, then can strip every eligible buff from the opposing team and apply a 1-turn True Fear plus 2-turn Block Passive Skills, making it her defining PvP and wave-control move. Halcyon Boons answers debuff-heavy opponents by attempting to transfer the whole allied team's transferable debuffs onto every enemy before its AoE hit, then protecting the team with 25% Fortify and 25% Strengthen for 2 turns.   • Blazing Glory — Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% base chance, increased to 100% when fully booked, to place 100% Heal Reduction for 2 turns. Passively activates this skill on an enemy when that enemy's HP drops below 50%, once per turn. When activated in this way, a successfully activated Heal Reduction cannot be removed, resisted, or block
  • Halcyon Boons · CD 4→3 — Attacks all enemies. Before attacking, has a 75% base chance, increased to 100% when fully booked, to transfer all transferable debuffs from all allies to all enemies. After the attack, places 25% Fortify and 25% Strengthen on all allies for 2 turns.
  • Avatar Of Victory · CD 5→4 — Attacks all enemies. After the attack, has a 75% base chance, increased to 100% when fully booked, to steal all removable and stealable buffs from each enemy. Separately has a 75% base chance, increased to 100% when fully booked, to place True Fear for 1 turn and Block Passive Skills for 2 turns on each enemy.
  • Surefire Success — Before the start of each enemy's turn, decreases the Turn Meters of all enemies by 5%. This Turn Meter effect does not work against Bosses or their minions.
