• Frozen Hell · CD 5 — Attacks based on ATK (3.8x multiplier). Has a 75% chance of placing Freeze on all enemies. Targets whose Turn Meters are below 50% cannot resist this debuff.
• Lord of Ice — Decreases damage taken by 10% for each enemy under a Freeze debuff. Increases damage dealt by 10% for each enemy under a Freeze debuff. Fills this Champion's Turn Meter by 15% whenever a Freeze debuff is placed on an enemy.
