Uugo is an Epic Magic support built around one of the strongest utility packages for Hydra and broad progression: a 3-turn booked AoE that combines 60% Decrease DEF with dynamic Block Buffs, plus Leech, selective cleansing, MAX-HP-based team healing, and an emergency full-team recovery branch when she is the sole survivor. Her hostile effects are attack-based and resistible, so Speed and content-appropriate Accuracy are core when she is assigned debuff coverage, and Force-affinity targets can create weak-hit failures. • Black Hand — 攻击1名敌人。有35%的几率放置[吸血]debuff，持续2回合。每存活一名敌人，该几率提升5%。黑手没有debuff几率书籍。
