Royal Guard is a Magic Epic Attack Champion from the High Elves built around one of RAID's classic Enemy MAX HP nukes. Takedown strikes every enemy with a verified 2 ATK + 10% target MAX HP formula, making Crit Rate and Crit Damage exceptionally valuable against high-HP bosses while still respecting encounter-specific Enemy MAX HP damage caps. Razor Blade adds a useful 60% Decrease DEF debuff at 50% base / 65% booked chance, while Hamstring supplies four random ATK-based hits with independent chances to place 30% Decrease SPD and reduce Turn Meter by 25%.
