Cillian the Lucky is a Magic Legendary Attack champion from Banner Lords. Current live kit themes: two-hit A1 with Decrease SPD and Turn Meter steal, AoE Block Active Skills on A2, single-target 2-turn Stun plus 50% Turn Meter steal on A3, A3 cooldown reset on kill, two random self buffs at the start of each turn from Charmed Life, and a 25% all-battles ATK aura. Build focus: ACC, SPD, ATK%, C.RATE, and C.DMG. His best identity is control/damage for Faction Wars, Arena Offense, Fire Knight, Ice Golem, Spider, Minotaur, and Doom Tower wave content.

  • Inflict Misfortune · CD 5→4 — Attacks all enemies. Has an 85% chance of placing a [Block Active Skills] debuff for 2 turns.
  • Head Ringer · CD 5→3 — Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Stun] debuff for 2 turns and stealing 50% of the target's current Turn Meter. Resets the cooldown of this skill if the target is killed.
  • Charmed Life — Places two of the following buffs on this Champion for 2 turns at the start of each turn: a 50% [Increase ATK] buff, a 30% [Increase C.DMG] buff, a 30% [Increase C.RATE] buff, a 25% [Strengthen] buff, a [Block Damage] buff, or a 50% [Increase ACC] buff.
