Teumesia is a Void Legendary Attack champion from the Skinwalkers built around battlefield-wide HP Burn density, multi-target control, and a burn-scaling single-target finisher. Cunning Chaos is her core setup skill: it attacks all enemies, places a 3-turn HP Burn at a 75% base and 100% booked listed chance, then branches per target into Stun at 50% Turn Meter or more or 30% Decrease SPD below 50% Turn Meter. Burning Regret converts every active HP Burn in the battle—including burns on either team—into +40% direct damage per burn up to +400% and a verified Turn Meter-reduction magnitude of 15%
