Lady Kimi is a Magic Legendary Support champion from the Shadowkin built around controlling battle tempo from both sides of the Turn Meter bar. Lady's Touch attacks twice with dynamic targeting: the first hit strikes the selected enemy and the second retargets to the enemy with the highest current Turn Meter, with that second hit carrying a 50% base / 60% booked chance to reduce Turn Meter by 15%.
