The Scarecrow is a Spirit Legendary Support champion from the Undead Hordes who specializes in revive utility, ally cooldown reduction, and simultaneous Accuracy/Resistance manipulation. Crow Hunter is a 2-hit ATK-based A1 that can place 50% Decrease RES and 50% Decrease ACC, with each effect reaching a 75% placement chance when booked and becoming unresistable after any ally has died at least once.
