Chalco the Blind is a Void Legendary Attack champion from Demonspawn. Core kit themes: two-hit single-target damage, DEF ignore that scales with target debuffs, Turn Meter steal, Block Passive Skills, Decrease DEF, Debuff Spread, self Increase ACC, enemy buff-duration reduction, AoE Decrease SPD, immunity to major control debuffs, and passive counter-activation of Inducer of Panic when enemies attempt those control effects.
