Galleus Bloodcrest is a Force Mythical Defense champion from the Skinwalkers whose two forms solve very different problems. In Base Form he is a retaliation tank and boss controller: Wing Clip uses a verified 3.6 DEF coefficient on ordinary use, places 30% Decrease SPD, and switches to a DEF-plus-enemy-MAX-HP damage formula when it is used as a counterattack. Cutting Jibe is a 4.7 DEF AoE that Provokes for 1 turn, or 2 turns against Bosses, while giving Galleus 1-turn Unkillable and 2-turn Counterattack to create those enhanced Wing Clip retaliation windows. • Cutting Jibe · CD 3 — Attacks all enemies. Places [Provoke] for 1 turn, or for 2 turns instead when the target is a Boss. Also places [Unkillable] on Galleus for 1 turn and [Counterattack] on Galleus for 2 turns. The current post-rebalance damage coefficient is 4.7 DEF.
• Bloodcrest's Call · CD 4→3 — Fully restores all allies' destroyed MAX HP. Then places [Revive On Death] and a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns. Then grants Galleus Bloodcrest an Extra Turn. Fully booked, the cooldown is reduced from 4 turns to 3.
• Rule the Roost — Reflects 50% of the damage Galleus receives back to the attacker. If the attacker is a Boss, reflects 100% of the damage Galleus receives and also heals Galleus by 50% of the damage received. The current live wording ties the heal to the Boss-attacker branch.
• Fulminous Screech — Attacks 1 enemy using a 4 DEF coefficient. Then places one extra 3 DEF hit on every enemy currently under [Decrease DEF]. The extra hit is conditional per enemy, so the selected target can be hit twice only if it also has Decrease DEF.
• Sundered Sky · CD 3 — Before attacking, places a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns on all enemies; this Decrease DEF cannot be resisted.
