Uugo is an Epic Magic support built around one of the strongest utility packages for Hydra and broad progression: a 3-turn booked AoE that combines 60% Decrease DEF with dynamic Block Buffs, plus Leech, selective cleansing, MAX-HP-based team healing, and an emergency full-team recovery branch when she is the sole survivor. Her hostile effects are attack-based and resistible, so Speed and content-appropriate Accuracy are core when she is assigned debuff coverage, and Force-affinity targets can create weak-hit failures.   • Black Hand — 1体の敵を攻撃。35%の確率で2ターンの間[Leech]を付与。確率は生存している敵1体につき5%上昇。Black Handはデバフ確率ブックを持たない。
