Wallmaster Othorion is a Magic Legendary Attack champion from the High Elves built around Hydra and boss damage, broad offensive debuffs, and unusually strong self-cycling. Skyfall Arrow is an AoE A1 that cannot trigger counterattacks and fills his Turn Meter according to the number of enemies left alive after the attack. Falcon Shot is his defining skill: two AoE hits each combine ATK scaling with an Enemy MAX HP component, while the first hit can place Block Buffs and the second can place 50% Decrease ATK.
