Staltus Dragonbane is a Force Legendary Defense champion from the Banner Lords who combines high DEF-scaled AoE damage, repeated crowd-control opportunities, conditional Turn Meter pressure, and a uniquely narrow debuff-reflection passive. Axe of Glory is a two-hit single-target attack at 1.9 DEF per hit; when the target is already under a debuff, each hit can attempt a separate 10% Turn Meter reduction.
