Sicia Flametongue is a Force Legendary Attack champion from the Demonspawn built around AoE HP Burn setup, instant burn activation, conditional AoE defense reduction, and a battle-state passive that rewards having as many Champions burning as possible. Towering Inferno attacks one enemy three times at 1.05 ATK per hit; each hit independently has a 15% base or 30% fully booked chance to extend an existing HP Burn by 1 turn. Flame Eruption is her main debuff-and-activation tool: on a 4-turn base / 3-turn booked cycle it attacks all enemies at 3.7 ATK, attempts 25% Weaken at 80% base or 100% book
