Valerie earns a 3.1/5.0 rating because she is an exceptional specialist within the Rare rarity, but lacks the stat spread and versatility of Epic or Legendary supports. Her score is bolstered by her 'Soul Guide' ability, which is a high-value mechanic usually reserved for much harder-to-attain champions. Her ease of access as a farmable campaign drop also increases her practical value for the average player. However, her rating is held back by the fact that her Shield scaling is capped by her level rather than a stat, and she offers zero offensive utility against enemies. Compared to other Rar
