Supreme Elhain is a Void Legendary Attack champion from the High Elves built as a straightforward but mechanically sharp nuker. Exemplar of Strikes attacks one enemy twice at 2 ATK per hit and can transfer one random eligible debuff from Supreme Elhain to the target after each hit; unlike most of her kit, that transfer is a hostile instant effect and therefore needs Accuracy when reliable transfer is part of the build.
