Skartorsis earns a 3.2/5.0 rating because he is a 'Jack of all trades, master of few.' His 33% Dungeon Speed aura is top-tier, and his ability to combine a cleanse, heal, and turn-meter boost into one skill (A3) is highly efficient. He gains significant points for lowering gear requirements via his Critical Rate buff. However, his rating is held back by his mediocre performance in endgame Boss content like the Clan Boss and high-tier Hydra, where his lack of impactful debuffs makes him a liability. Compared to newer Legendary supports, his cooldowns are long and his base stats are only average

Skills

• Retribution — Attacks based on ATK (3.4x multiplier). Has a 30% chance of stealing 1 random buff from each enemy.
• Fury of the Ancestors · CD 4 — Places a 50% Increase ATK buff and a 30% Increase C.RATE buff on all allies for 2 turns.
• Purge · CD 6 — Removes all debuffs from all allies, then heals all allies by 15% of their MAX HP and fills their Turn Meters by 15%. The heal amount increases by 10% and Turn Meter fill increases by 5% for each debuff removed.
• Rebirth · CD 1 — Revives a random ally with 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter at the start of each turn. Only available if this Champion has 1 or more Souls.
• Aura — Increases Ally SPD in Dungeons by 33%.
