The Sacred Order

Mathias Blackflail earns a 3.8/5.0 rating because he is an elite specialist who excels in specific, high-value niches like Hydra and Arena Defense, but lacks the universal utility of a 4.5+ tier legendary. His strengths lie in his exceptional HP scaling and his ability to maintain a consistent Provoke loop, which is essential for endgame PvE progression. However, his score is tempered by his niche application in Clan Boss and his heavy reliance on high-end gear and skill books to be effective. Compared to other HP tanks, he offers more control than most but less raw utility than top-tier units
