Lady Noelle earns a 3.7/5.0 rating because she is a highly competent specialist who excels in her niche but lacks the universal utility of 5.0-rated champions. Her strengths lie in her Void affinity and her dual-role capability as both a cleanser and a crowd-controller, which significantly boosts her Arena Defense score. However, she is held back by her lackluster performance in PVE boss content, particularly the Clan Boss and high-level Hydra, where her kit fails to provide the necessary debuffs or damage scaling. Compared to other Void Legendaries, she sits comfortably in the 'very good' cat
