Haruspex earns a 3.2/5.0 rating because he offers a rare combination of Turn Meter boosting and revival on a non-Legendary budget. His Void affinity is a major strength, as it prevents him from being countered by elemental disadvantages in the Arena. However, he is held back by lower base stats and the fact that his 15% Speed buff is the 'lesser' version compared to the 30% buff found on premium supports.
