Fenax is a Spirit Epic Attack champion built around heavy ATK-scaling damage and one of the cleanest kill-linked revive-denial tools in an Epic kit. Put Down is a 4.1 ATK single-target strike that becomes a second 4.1 ATK hit when the target already has a debuff, and any enemy it kills cannot be revived. That makes Fenax especially dangerous into revive-heavy Arena teams and valuable for finishing Ice Golem minions. Stern Partner adds AoE control with an 80% fully booked Block Buffs chance and a conditional Block Active Skills fallback, while its Tallia-only interaction shortens existing Bomb

• Stern Partner · CD 5→4 — Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Block Buffs] debuff for 2 turns. Places a [Block Active Skills] debuff for 1 turn if this skill does not place [Block Buffs]. When Tallia is on the same team, decreases existing [Bomb] debuff detonation countdowns by 1 turn.
