Shellshocker is his signature tempo skill, combining a 2-turn reduction to eligible ally skill cooldowns with a 30% Increase SPD buff, while its own cooldown is protected from other cooldown-decreasing effects. • Bo-dacious Bash — Attacks 1 enemy. Heals all allies by 5% of Donatello's MAX HP, then instantly activates 1 random Continuous Heal buff on each ally that has an eligible Continuous Heal buff. Current live behavior specifically allows the team heal to resolve even when the attack target evades.
• Shellshocker · CD 6→4 — Attacks all enemies. Decreases the cooldowns of eligible skills of all allies other than Donatello by 2 turns. Shellshocker's own cooldown cannot be decreased by other cooldown-decreasing effects. Then places a 30% Increase SPD buff on all allies for 2 turns.
