Frolni the Mechanist is a Magic Mythical champion from the Dwarves whose two forms solve very different jobs. Base Form is an HP-scaling damage engine. Seismic Quake uses a current post-rebalance 0.23 HP coefficient and gains 5% Ignore DEF for every active buff on Frolni. Bloody Larceny uses 0.34 HP, steals up to two eligible buffs without an Accuracy-versus-Resistance check, and can repeat once when the attack is critical.
